We welcome Chinnor Reserves to Cody Sports & Social Club for our third game of the season – looking to make it 9 points out of 9. Kick off is on Saturday 1st at 15:00.
Our last game saw us beat Chalvey Reserves 2-0, thanks to goals from Declan Allen and Charlie Wilcox as well as a penalty save from George Currey.
Chinnor Reserves drew their first game 1-1 away at Virginia Water Dev. and lost their second game at home to Wallingford Town AFC Res. 6-1 and currently sit 11th in the table.
Chinnor F.C. is a football club based in Oxfordshire and their first team are currently in the Hellenic League Division 1 East, last season finishing 12th. The club was originally established in 1884, before being reformed in 1970.
The first team’s best FA Cup performance was in the 2013/14 and 2015/16 seasons where they reached the extra-preliminary round. Their best FA Vase performance was when they reached the First Round in 2014/15. The team’s record attendance at Station Road was 306 vs. Oxford Quarry Nomads on 29th August 2005.
