On Saturday our A’s were the only team able to play, as they faced Maidenhead Town away from home. Goals from Ed D’alton, Ben Rowlinson and Harry Stephenson secured the 3 points. Player of the match: Ben Woolcock . NEXT UP: Eversley and California Reserves on Saturday.
On Sunday we saw a win against our neighbours Eversley and California Sunday with goals from Alex Penny and Player of the Match, Hasan Habib. January’s manager of the month Charlie Wilcox will be feeling great after their 5th win of the season puts them into 2nd place. NEXT UP: Meon First 03.03.24.
Our Ladies kept their chase on Finchampstead with a win against Taplow United Ladies away. Record breaking Georgia Harris was not on the scoresheet this time for the first time after 17 consecutive games with goals… she did bag an assist though! Hat-trick from Courtney Smith and one from Issie Hardie secured the 3 points. Player of the Match: Megan Worthington. NEXT UP: Hawley Ladies on Sunday!
