Six fixtures across the adult section this week, recording five wins and a loss. Only team not in action were the Vets, who had the sunny weekend off.

Back at home this weekend our First team played just their second league game at SDP for the season, whilst our league leaders, our Under 23s were at away to Ash United Reserves in their Suburban league fixture. Our Ladies finished the weekend with a home tie against Taplow United.

After a resounding win the first time last time out vs Rising Ballers, our first team played out a draw against Penn and Tylers Green on Saturday. A twenty first minute goal from the visitors, followed by an own goal in the forty-second minute, thanks to work from Charlie Ludlow, proved to be the only goals in a tight 1-1 draw. This result means that we sit tenth in the table just above Penn and Tylers Green on goal difference, having played a game less. FINAL SCORE: 1-1. NEXT UP: Oxhey Jets (A). Highlights will be available here soon.

Our Under 23s and league leaders, produced another really strong performance in their away game against bottom of the table Ash United Reserves. Six goals scored in the first half, including a first senior (16 minute hat-trick) from Player of the match, Will Paine who also provided two assists. Max Humphreys on the scoresheet again who also provided 2 assists, Jack Holmwood, James Barnett and a Ed D’alton second half goal put the game out of reach for the home side. A really accomplished performance and a great start to the season. Another clean sheet for Connor Turner. FINAL SCORE: 0-7. NEXT UP: Ash United Reserves (H).
