Presentation Weekend 2022/23: The YUFC Family United at our home!
An incredible weekend had by all, celebrating the club and the past season with the amazing people who are so important to us and who make our club so special; Our players, parents, coaches, volunteers and our supporters together at our wonderful presentation weekend at OUR home!
We hope everyone enjoyed it as much as we did!
The weekend started on Saturday night at our Yateley United FC Community Centre and Sports Bar. Bar was open, BBQ was cooking and players from all our adult section gathered together for a night of presentations, awards and of course celebrations!
Richard Pascoe, Adult Chair, kicked off proceedings, as the club recognised recent achievements and development over 10 years, the past season and a heartfelt and emotional special ovation for and in memory of club legend, Dave Ballard.
Presentations then commenced, with each team manager presenting a summary of their incredibly successful season and handing out their respective awards.

Richard then presented the club awards recognising the players that have joined the 100 club for the adult section along with the clubs 3 top goal scorers, Myles White, Ben Chalke and Georgia Harris.
Awards for Young player of the year, Matt Collins, Manager of the Year, Kevin Fitzmaurice and Clubman of the year, Don Cleeve were also presented.
Time for our guests, Margaret and from the Thames Valley Premier league to award First team captain, Charlie Wilcox and the first team with the much anticipated league trophy lift and their winners medals!
Celebrations continued into the night as day one came to a close.
On Sunday, we held our Yateley Youth Celebration day and for the first time the presentations were at our home. The marquees were up, Bouncy Castle was in place, BBQ’s alight and of course the goals were out on marked pitches..
The presentations were organised in blocks of age groups to keep fun and celebration at the heart of the day and allow all the youth players celebrate with the supporters and the wider club together in what has been an incredible year for the section.
Dave Robson, Youth Chair, made the presentations, alongside the respective managers, who gave 350+ youth players their participation trophy and awards.
Having received their awards all teams were off for a quick team photoshoot before continuing in the celebrations.
For the U9 Pythons, U11 Jays and U17 Development Squad the day also gave the opportunity to celebrate their cup/trophy wins with the club in full!
